SiteAcuity Visitor Interaction Manager (VIM) Professional™, scheduled for release in Q1 2008, builds on our highly successful Standard edition of VIM with the following advanced, online collaboration features:

Webcam Streaming: Site visitors can view a real-time, streaming video of the rep they are connected to via phone or live text chat. If the visitor requests the video, the rep must consent, and if the rep offers it, the visitor must consent. We may eventually offer two-way video, but for now the plan is to only give the visitor a view of the rep - when desired.
Co-browsing: Both the rep and the visitor can view and edit a web page, typically a page with a Web form, simultaneously.
Desktop Sharing: Allows the rep or visitor to give the other a view of their computer screen. Sales reps can launch right into demos. Service reps can show a visitor how to do something, or request to "see" what the visitor is doing on their own computer.
Remote Control: Allows the rep to remotely control the visitors computer (mouse and keyboard), with their permission of course. Works great for trouble shooting!
