This way, when they call you, you can electronically link them to other information by capturing their unique code. In the direct mail industry it is the ubiquitous "customer code" found on the back of every catalogue. SiteAcuity has invented the "Visitor Code" to display on every Web page.
Visitor Code Technology™ is embedded in all SiteAcuity products. Collecting Visitor Codes from callers can either be done with any of our Visitor Interaction Management (VIM) products, or through your own contact center application (i.e. CRM, Order Entry, etc.). If you deploy live text chat and/or click to call through our VIM product, the Visitor Code is gathered automatically at the time of visitor request.

What Visitor Code Technology™ can do for you
Visitor Code Technology™ from SiteAcuity identifies and tracks unique visitors to your website, and enables powerful new ways of correlating campaigns and web traffic with contact center activity (offline sales and service through live reps) and more. Similar to most Web Analytics tools, SiteAcuity provides you with Web page tags which communicate with the site visitor’s local computing device and the SiteAcuity servers to:
- Identify first-time vs. returning visitors
- Store a unique identifier for every site visitor
- Pass clickstream and custom data to the servers for storage
