Keith Maddox, CEO of SiteAcuity

I was born in a small town. Just kidding. I’m not going to give you my life history.

I founded SiteAcuity in late 2006 when I recognized the need in the online marketing world for better offline tracking and analysis of leads and sales. At the time, my prior business, Infinite Conferencing, was generating nearly half its leads - the best leads - through call-ins from website visitors. As a B2B provider of services, getting site visitors to call us, so that sales reps could qualify and close them, was the goal. We were spending a ton of money on Google for paid ads and couldn’t link these callers back to their website activity and source (search engine, keyword, paid/organic). Along with Sabrina George, a talented net marketer who is still at Infinite, I conceived of a tracking system that would display unique codes to each site visitor that could be easily traced back to the clickstream data for analysis. That was the genesis of SiteAcuity.

SiteAcuity is an amazing, fast-growing company. We have a passionate team of brilliant software engineers and business professionals that seek to help online marketers profitably grow their business. I’m relatively new to the blogosphere. This is my first blog, which I officially launched on March 15, 2008. I hope to be posting content that will share my experiences as a successful entreprenuer, web marketer and technologist. Here is a short bio on me.
