Management Team
Keith Maddox – Founder & CEO
Keith Maddox is responsible for SiteAcuity’s overall leadership, financial management and business strategy. Prior to SiteAcuity, Mr. Maddox was the CEO & Co-founder of Infinite Conferencing, a leading provider of phone & web conferencing, webinar and webcasting services. Founded in 2001 with fellow telecom industry veteran Deborah J. Jackson, Infinite Conferencing was sold to Onstream Media (Nasdaq: ONSM) in March, 2007.
Before founding Infinite Conferencing, Mr. Maddox served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for ICG NikoNET, a national provider of electronic fax and email messaging.
Before NikoNET, Mr. Maddox was a Senior Consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for five years. Serving in Andersen's Technology Business Practice, Mr. Maddox provided management and systems consulting to clients such as Delta Airlines, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Florida Power, NationsBanc, and Time, Inc.
Mr. Maddox is an active member of the Entrepreneur's Organization (EO) and has completed MIT’s prestigious entrepreneurial continuing education program, “Birthing of Giants.” He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Greg Saxon – Chief Administrative Officer & Vice President, People Services
Greg Saxon is responsible for the administrative management of SiteAcuity including Marketing, Finance, People Services, Information Technology and Staff Development. As the Vice President of People services, Mr. Saxon directs all aspects of employee recruitment, development, and benefits management.
Prior to joining SiteAcuity, Mr. Saxon was the Director of Operations at API Systems, an IT Consulting firm based in Denville, New Jersey, providing needs analysis and administration to a nationwide network of on-site consultants and clients. Mr. Saxon created and managed
the human resources function, including the recruitment of teams of consultants, in addition to financial administration and office operations. He successfully implemented many technology-based solutions throughout the company resulting in greater cost efficiencies and increased profit margins.
Before his work with API, Mr. Saxon led a distinguished career as a naval officer, working as an Information Warfare Officer in Cryptology. Mr. Saxon holds a BS degree in Quantitative Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD and a Masters in Information and Telecommunication Systems for Business from Johns Hopkins University.
Jim English – Chief Operating Officer & Vice President, Client Services
Jim English is responsible for directing all operational aspects of managing and delivering SiteAcuity's family of products to ensure a superior client experience.
Mr. English has built a career developing and managing e-commerce support teams from both the retailer and service provider perspectives. Most recently as vice president of professional services at Venda, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced e-commerce platforms, he oversaw teams responsible for project management, account management, and live site support. As a founding
manager of Venda, Inc. Mr. English successfully developed these functions from the ground up throughout aggressive growth stages and stabilization.
Prior to Venda, Mr. English managed the evaluation, creation and operations of new and emerging online businesses at Toys'R'Us. In developing these high profile businesses he gained valuable insights into world-class enterprise technologies and delivery systems, and developed hands on expertise in the construction and management of online and offline functional areas that drive successful web based businesses.
Mr. English holds a Masters degree in Business and Information Systems from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rutgers College.
George Cullinan – Director of Enterprise Sales
George Cullinan is responsible for building SiteAcuity’s sales to direct, OEM, channel, and strategic target clients.
Prior to SiteAcuity, Mr. Cullinan was Strategic Manager at business intelligence software-provider InetSoft Technology, where he focused on strategic sales growth. In this role, he created integrated business plans for vertical market penetration and developed strategic alliances across synergistic verticals.
Previously Mr. Cullinan enjoyed an award winning career as a Consultant with Equifax an S&P 500 provider of financial services. In this role Mr. Cullinan led strategic growth initiatives to select Fortune 1000 clients across many verticals including the Banking, Financial Services, Government, and Telecommunications industries. Mr. Cullinan’s earlier career began in international trade at Maersk, Inc. where he managed equipment interchange financial portfolios and oversaw a nationwide staff.
Mr. Cullinan has extensive consultative and strategic sales experience with Fortune 1000 clientele and a proven record as a business development specialist opening markets for new offerings. He holds a Masters degree in Graphic Communications Management and Technology from New York University with a concentration in e-commerce, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from East Stroudsburg University.
Technical Management Team
Ron Buesser – Director of Product Design
As Director of Product Design, Ron Buesser is responsible for the product design and user experience of our core products. For over 22 years, Ron has been building user interfaces on various technology platforms. Most of that time has been spent at Fortune 100 companies, including SONY, D&B, Cendant, AT&T, Lucent, A&P, Coopers & Lybrand, and Montreal Trust. Ron has also helped launch two very successful start ups, one of which, ASA, was sold to AON Consulting, the other, INTTRA, is now the world’s leading ocean transportation portal.
While this past decade has concentrated primarily on the web, Ron also has designed and built Multimedia, Client Server, and Mainframe interfaces. Ron was a pioneer in designing and building single screen AJAX web interfaces since 2001. Ron is proficient in all front-end programming languages and techniques. Ron is also an accomplished composer, singer, and instrumentalist, and has appeared onstage with professional choral groups and opera companies throughout the NYC area.
Thomas Karam – Product Development Manager
As Product Development Manager, Thomas Karam is responsible for the direction and management of our java development team in the delivery of our core products. Thomas has been a proven leader on the development team and has been central to many of our successes thus far.
Before joining SiteAcuity Mr. Karam was Director of Development at Eden Communications, a CRM and Project Management software firm based in Saratoga Springs, New York. Mr. Karam’s responsibilities included management of new development, customer support, and quality assurance in a J2EE environment.
Mr. Karam graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science
