SiteAcuity primarily serves B2B and B2C businesses that leverage the Internet for lead generation and e-commerce, especially those with significant sales and customer service interaction with site visitors.
SiteAcuity is headquartered in Summit, New Jersey and is managed by an experienced team of business and technology professionals, all of whom were early adopters of online sales and marketing, and e-commerce.
SiteAcuity's technology is available in an On Demand delivery method:
- SiteAcuity On-Demand™ delivers the software as a service (SaaS); clients subscribe on a month-by-month basis and users access the software on SiteAcuity-hosted servers via the internet.
SiteAcuity is privately owned and funded by Mr. Keith Maddox, CEO & Founder, Ms. Bernardine Wu, Co-founder and Director of Business Development, and Ms. Deborah Jackson, a private investor and co-founder and co-owner of Infinite Conferencing with Mr. Maddox.
History
SiteAcuity was founded in 2006 by Mr. Keith Maddox and a team of highly successful online marketers and ecommerce professionals. Mr. Maddox’s previous company, Infinite Conferencing, was an early adopter of Web marketing, with an emphasis on search engine marketing. Because the company sells services — in this case, conferencing services for business — a large percentage of the leads and 100% of the sales are generated offline. As they became experts at performing Web Analytics, such as drilling down to better understand which ads and keywords were driving traffic and leads, Mr. Maddox and his Web marketing team realized there was a huge void in the available Web Analytics tools; there was no way of precisely linking callers (from the website) with their clickstream data. After devising a solution to the problem and applying for a patent, SiteAcuity was born.
